​2. Strict No-Refund Policy
At Gryvexa Digital, we work based on client satisfaction. Once the project is started and the payment is made, No Refund will be issued under any circumstances. By making the payment, you agree that you have reviewed our work and are satisfied with the progress.
​3. Handover & Responsibility
Once the website is completed and the client is satisfied, we provide full access, including the Admin Panel, Username, and Password.
​After Handover: Once the login credentials are delivered to you, Gryvexa Digital is no longer responsible for any changes, deletions, or errors made from your side.
​Final Deal: No requests for “taking the website back” or “refunding the money” will be entertained after the credentials have been shared.
​4. Maintenance & Error Fixes
If your website or admin panel faces any issues due to your own handling or technical errors after the handover:
​We will not fix it for free.
​To restore or repair your website, you must purchase our Maintenance Package.
​Maintenance Charge: ₹2,000/- per month.
