• Strict No-Refund Policy: Since Gryvexa Digital delivers digital assets and highly customized software solutions (including custom WordPress development, web apps, and mobile coding), we follow a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once a project milestone is initialized or payment is completed through Razorpay, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Cancellation Restrictions: Clients cannot cancel a service or request money back once our technical team begins working on wireframes, custom layouts, code architectures, or hosting setups.
• Technical Support: While payments are non-refundable, founder Digvijay Sarkar and the development team ensure dedicated post-delivery support to fix any bugs or technical issues as per the initial project contract.
